DETAILS FOR CROSS COUNTRY TOMORROW:

Wear:
1. Cedar P.E. shirt & shorts with skirt.
2. Track shoes or school shoes.
3. Plain white socks or Cedar socks.

Bring:
1. Radio-frequency Identity Tag (RFID)
2. Cedar House Tee to change from P.E. shirt.
(If not you're gonna wear your stinking P.E. shirt all the way home!)
3. 1.5 litre bottle of water
4. An umbrella/raincoat/windbreaker (optional)
5. Medicine if necessary - those with asthmatic conditions, please run with your inhaler!
6. Towel to wipe yourself dry from your sweat.

Things NOT to bring:
1. Valuables - MP3 Players & excessive cash (just enough money to lunch & bus-fare home)

Programme:
0715 - Report at Temasek Polytechnic Stadium; attendance taking

0740 - Opening address by Principal

Start of race for Sec 4 - 0750/0815
Start of race for Sec 1 - 0800/0825
Start of race for Sec 3 - 0810/0835
Start of race for Sec 2 - 0820/0845

0845-0930 - Return of i-Tags

0945 - Prize Presentation

1030 - Dimissal from Temasek Poly

Info prior to run
1. Have a light breakfast in the morning.
2. Drink some water (200-300ml) half an hour before the race
3. If you are not feeling well in the morning, please do not participate in the competitive or mass run. Inform the PE teachers.
4. During inclement weather, please seek appropriate shelter.

During your run *IMPORTANT*
Recognise some of the symptoms of heat injuries:
1. Goose pimples
2. Dry skin & no perspiration
3. Throbbing pressure in the head.
4. Nausea
5. Unsteadiness
6. Chilling

Hey 1H!!!
How's the dental checkup today? Good? Are you're teeth clean? Haha!!
Hm... I'm back with the class outing issue again. Would you guys prefer to go East Coast Park or go to a bungalow in Pasir Ris somewhat like a chalet for stayover and bbq? The bungalow is in Pasir Ris, near Pasir Ris Park. I need to know what you girls want. Well, the stayover is not necessary for everyone, only for those who want to. Ya... So can your help by tagging on the tag board your views so that planning will be easier, and the holidays are approaching, so the details need to be worked out real soon. Oh.. And one more thing. The bungalow is not confirmed, like i'm not sure if it will be vacant, but i will try anyway. So remember to tag on the tagboard!!! Haha... And the class fund too, remember to bring $$$$$$$$!!!

Yo people!!!!!Lim Yun here!!!!! Jus so you know, it's 17 more days to the last day of this semester!!!!!!!!!!!WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Haha, going a little crazy now. Jus the thought of not having homework and not seeing you-know-who make me ECSTATIC!!!!!!!!!!

Those of you who frequently forget things like doing homework or bringing stuff, please kick this bad habit. And please complete ALL homework given to you. I will take note of those who are constantly not submitting your work. So BEWARE!!!

Congratz to those who did well this common test!!! Work harder and persevere for those who did not do as well!!! You can do it!!
Well, now that tests are over, .............. the JUNE HOLIDAYS are coming up!!! Yay!!!
Apart from doing our PW at the National Library, there is still our class outing. The place which received highest votes should be Kallang Leisure. So are all of you agreeable? The class comm will try our best to come out with a satisfactory plan.
However, we will need funding. So, please bring $5 for the class fund. This $5 will be for April and May. Thanks!!
